Powered by the latest generation Intel ® Celeron ® processor J1900 (formerly codenamed "Bay Trail"), the NISE 50 series is positioned as a smart IoT gateway for factory automation and smart city applications. With a DDR3L SODIMM memory socket, the NISE 50 series supports an operating temperature of -10°C to 60°C with 12V DC input within a +/-20% range. The NISE 50 series has strong connectivity - an Ethernet-based LAN port and traditional RS485, mainly for Modbus TCP or Modbus RTU communication. For wireless connectivity, there are 3x mini-PCIe sockets that can support optional wireless modules for IoT applications, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5G and 4G LTE modules. As a smart IoT gateway, the NISE 50 is definitely the best choice for M2M smart systems.
